esperanza is really hard to beat! Carnitas and huevos jamon for Saturday!
View on Instagram https://instagr.am/p/Cb2t976LtNl/About last night. We went to @therestaurantatrtlodge to celebrate our niece (@knox_villain) and her beau’s (@therealderekgarner) upcoming wedding. However, it ended up being a late celebration for Mrs KnoxFoodie as the staff remembered her birthday! It was such a sweet, thoughtful touch to our night. We drank all of the options, ate everything that was put in front of us and had a joyful time! Thank you to @trevorstockton for being a stellar human and for the rest of the staff for taking such great care of us. If you haven’t dined here, run, don’t walk. If you have, I think it’s time to visit again as there are some BIG changes coming! ❤️

View on Instagram https://instagr.am/p/Cb09rJirhVY/We celebrated this girl all weekend (and we’re feeling it today). Happiest birthday (yesterday) to the best person I know and my North Star. 12 years on and she’s still my ride or die.
