Chef David Rule of The Walnut Kitchen has announced his plans to open an elegant new restaurant in the 16-story First Century Bank building located at the corner of Market and Church Street. The new concept from Chef Rule will focus on seasonally sourced ingredients, exceptional service, and dishes with classic and contemporary techniques in the impressive historic Knoxville space.
