Chef Rule Coming To Knoxville!

We’re super excited to tell you about David Rule‘s new Downtown Knoxville Venture! Chef David Rule of The Walnut Kitchen has announced his plans to open an elegant new restaurant in the 16-story First Century Bank building located at the corner of Market and Church Street. The new concept from Chef Rule will focus on seasonally sourced ingredients, exceptional service, and dishes with classic and contemporary techniques in the impressive historic Knoxville space.

The location at 625 Market Street is currently undergoing its buildout with an anticipated 2019 opening. Chef Rule is bringing the interior back to its former glory with Gothic Revival decor and maintaining as much of the original majesty of the Century Bank as possible like housing the bar area in the original bank safe.
